1. Price
The subscription price is $15 per active user per month, plus sales tax where applicable. Sales tax is assessed and added at invoicing.
There is one plan. There is no tier above it, no usage-based component, and no separate charge for any feature.
2. Billing, proration and cancellation
Billing is monthly. There is no annual term.
Proration is asymmetric, deliberately. A user added part-way through a billing period is charged from the date they were added. A user removed part-way through a billing period remains billable to the end of that period; no refund is issued for the remainder. Reactivating a user inside a period already paid for carries no additional charge.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately, and the account remains usable until then.
3. Trial
New accounts get seven days without a payment card. If no card is saved by the end of the trial, the account becomes read-only and you will be emailed. Read-only means no data is deleted. Adding a card restores full access.
4. Continuity
If Tally Whacker is discontinued, sold, or transferred to another operator, you will be provided a final export of your company's data in a machine-readable format, at no charge, before your access ends. Notice will be sent to the billing email address on your account. This obligation survives any acquisition, and binds any successor operator.
5. Your data
You own your data. Lincoln Freedom Group, LLC does not sell it, does not share it with third parties for advertising, and does not use its content to train machine learning models.
Data is stored in the western United States: the database is operated by Neon in its us-west region, the application runs on Fly.io in San Jose, and generated files are stored in Cloudflare R2 in the western United States. Invoice PDFs and uploaded logos are held in private storage with no public URLs; every download is served through an authenticated route that checks the requesting user's company and role.
Reports may be downloaded as CSV and invoices as PDF at any time while your account is active.
6. Payments between you and your clients
Tally Whacker does not process payments between you and your clients. It records invoices, payments you enter, and outstanding balances, and can send invoices and overdue reminders by email on your behalf. Money owed to you is paid to you directly by your client, by whatever means you and your client arrange. Lincoln Freedom Group, LLC is not a party to it, is not a payment processor, and holds no funds.
7. What the service does not do
Invoices generated by the service carry no sales tax, VAT, or other tax lines, and the service does not produce structured e-invoicing formats. Each company operates in a single currency, with no conversion. The service does not provide payroll, expenses, time-off tracking, scheduling, project management, or any form of activity monitoring.
8. Availability
The service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance that is expected to interrupt access will be notified in advance where practical.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lincoln Freedom Group, LLC's aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The clauses in sections 1 and 4 are not subject to that limitation being used to avoid them; they are commitments about how the service is operated, not warranties about its performance.
